These terms cover your use of www.mirozabyhassan.com, the website of Miroza by Hassan, a cookie kitchen in Alexandria, Egypt. By using the site, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask us.

Ordering

This website doesn’t take orders or payments. Orders are placed at order.mirozabyhassan.com, our online store run on Take App. Prices, payment, pickup or delivery options and anything else about your order are shown there before you pay, and your order is confirmed once we accept it. Take App’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the store.

Buying at partner cafés

The cafés listed on our Locations page sell Miroza by Hassan cookies as independent businesses. When you buy from them, their prices and policies apply. What they have on the day can change, so if you’re making a special trip, message us first.

Ingredients, allergens and photos

Each cookie’s page lists its ingredients and the allergens it contains, taken from our recipes. Recipes and suppliers can change, so if you have an allergy or a dietary need, please contact us before you order.

Photos show our cookies as closely as we can, but they are for illustration. Every cookie is shaped and baked by hand, so size and look vary a little.

The storage and reheating advice on our Care page is general guidance. If a cookie looks or smells off, don’t eat it.

Our content and other brands

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Miroza by Hassan. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking. You’re welcome to share links to any page.

Nutella® and Kinder® are registered trademarks of Ferrero. We use them only to describe what’s inside our cookies; Miroza by Hassan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ferrero.

We link to other services, such as our online store, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those sites have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
